Vienna Piano’s 10 year parts and labor warranty

Vienna Piano warranties all of our pianos for 10 years on parts and labor. There are no hidden clauses or catches here. Our thinking is that if we can’t provide an instrument that will perform without problems for at least 10 years then we will not offer it to the public.

This warranty does not include sun damage due to leaving the piano in direct sunlight for a prolonged period of months or water damage due to prolonged exposure on waterfront locations.
